Sisters of Bon Secours Plays Active Role in Bringing Healthcare to Regions of Peru

By studying the region’s most outstanding needs, the Sisters of Bon Secours have collaborated with Bon Secours Health System Inc., CHRISTUS Health, Caritas del Peru and the Catholic Medical Mission Board to create a $1.1 million initiative, Unidos Contra La Mortalidad Infantil (United Against Infant Mortality (UAIM)), which will quell the increasing infant mortality rate that plagues the country.
