Indianapolis, IN, January 12, 2018 --( To continue better serving procurement professionals, ProcurePort has launched a fully revamped website as well as added an integrated procure-to-pay (P2P) platform to its solution suite. The redesigned website was built specifically with ease of use, functionality, and responsiveness in mind. In order to empower users with the tools necessary to achieve the most in efficiency and cost-savings, the site includes detailed breakdowns of every aspect of the full solution suite. From spend analysis to contract management, each solution offered is quick and easy to find with improved navigation. As part of ProcurePort’s belief that simplicity should not be just a buzzword, the language used on the site is designed to increase user connectivity and understanding. “The site has been designed to allow easy access to vital information related to the e-Sourcing and Spend Management Solutions provided by ProcurePort,” said ProcurePort Brand Manager Nicole Kern. “Additionally, it provides an easy means for our potential customers to reach out to us for questions related to our products and services.” In addition, case studies and whitepapers shared on the site provide an enhanced overview of ProcurePort’s capabilities across diverse categories of spend. The recently revamped ProcurePort blog updates weekly with posts discussing a wide variety of topics such as contract negotiation and best practices for business related to sourcing. Users can stay up to date with the latest in procurement by signing up for the weekly ProcurePort newsletter without ever leaving the page. “We look forward to continually updating the site with more valuable content including case studies and whitepapers, making it easier for organizations to research the implementation of strategic sourcing and spend management in their procurement process,” said Kern. The redesigned website has been released alongside an updated version of the ProcurePort e-Sourcing software that combines all steps in the procure-to-pay process, including e-RFQ (request for quote), e-Auction (reverse auction, forward auction, dutch auction, etc.) and purchase order/invoice automation into one easy to use platform. The solution suite allows sourcing professionals to automate their entire sourcing process, boosting efficiency and increasing security across the board. The new website went live on January 5th and can be found at For more details on the new Procure-to-Pay platform, contact us at or call 866-643-8153 to learn more and even receive a free demo.
