Leading Private Cancer Center Physicians and Staff, Who Offer World's Most Advanced Cancer Care Pledge Over $30k For Haiti Relief Efforts
With the earthquake that hit Haiti, more than 2 million people are affected and have lost their day to day lives. The devastation – in lives lost, property destroyed, and families displaced – is immense. The critical needs in Haiti are great, but they are also simple: food, water, shelter, and first-aid supplies. As articulated by President Obama, as well as former Presidents Bush and Clinton, the best way concerned citizens can help is to donate funds that will go directly to supplying these material needs. The people of Haiti are starving and they need our help.CBCC has heeded the call to duty. “Comprehensive Blood & Cancer Center physicians and staff have pledged more than $30,000 to the Haiti Relief efforts” said Dr. Ravi Patel, the Managing Director of CBCC.
